Supporting MJRC is an excellent way to fulfill the goal of exposing young people to the lessons, opportunities and pleasures of rowing. The variety of ways by which you can support MJRC are listed below:

Donations can be made by contributions of funds, securities, or in-kind donations of rowing equipment or regatta related services.

Donation - Equipment acquisition, scholarships, support of the MJRC staff, and the maintenance of the Finn M. W. Caspersen Rowing Center is wholly dependent on annual giving and club dues. Please use this form to make a contribution to help defray these costs.

Scholarships - MJRC is committed to making rowing accessible to all.  Scholarships for financial need are provided through the Rebecca "Little Becca" Annitto Memorial Fund.  Rebecca, a MJRC coxswain, passed away in the fall of 2005 in a tragic automobile accident.  Although she was tiny in stature, Rebecca had a huge heart and loved to help people in need.  This fund was dedicated in her memory for continuing her ambition of helping others.

Planned Giving - To make a major impact on the financial stability of MJRC and the Finn M. W. Caspersen Rowing Center a personalized planned giving program will maximize the benefits and give you the personal financial flexibility that you desire. Please contact the Executive Director, Kay Worthington, for more information.

Regatta Sponsorship - MJRC also receives revenues from regattas hosted on Mercer Lake.  Currently we are  in search of title sponsors for the upcoming championship regattas on Mercer Lake. A list of all upcoming events is in the "regatta info" section of the PNRA website. For more information on corporate sponsorship packages please contact Executive Director, Kay Worthington.

Volunteer - The quality and success of our organization is directly related to volunteer support. There are a variety of areas in which we need human resources, especially at regattas. If you are interested in volunteering for an upcoming event please contact parent committee chairs Janis Abraham ( janisabe@aol.com ) or Nancy Suyo ( nancysuyo@comcast.net )

Donations in-kind

Please take a moment to review the list of items that could be donated in-kind for an upcoming regatta or for all future regattas at Mercer Lake. Corporations or individuals that make in-kind donations of regatta-related equipment will qualify for recognition as regatta sponsors.

The success and organization of a regatta goes far beyond the racecourse. Depending on the size and scope of the event, there are dozens of items that MJRC has to rent or purchase to carry out its mission. Please take a moment to review our "Wish List" . Potential donors should contact Executive Director, Kay Worthington about how they can defray the cost of an item or donate something outright.
